Leads the full cycle recruiting process including managing various pipelines in our ATS, building relationships with candidates, candidate assessment and management, offers conversations/recommendations and acceptance.

Plans and attends all relevant recruiting campus events at top universities across the United States including career fairs, presentations, in-office and campus interviews and networking events.

Utilizes creative sourcing methods such as networking, referrals, LinkedIn, CRM, etc. to identify and engage talented candidates.

Effectively partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand ever-evolving business needs and assess position goals and requirements.

Builds talent Pipeline for our Summer Internship programs and delivers on conversion metrics for our annual Graduate programs.

Prioritizes the mission and culture while maintaining a healthy pipeline.

Manages candidate communications and relationship management by creating and fostering high touch one-on-one relationships with top prospects.

Proactively shares data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Leverages data, knowledge and industry trends to build and executive on creative closing strategies.

Implements and drives DEI campus recruiting strategy to attract candidates from all backgrounds.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or another related field

Minimum 4 years professional experience in full cycle campus recruiting, student affairs or university talent acquisition

Understands how to use relevant data management systems (ATS-Cornerstone) as well as presentation-building software (Google Slides, PowerPoint, etc.)

Articulate communicator with outstanding writing and public speaking skills

Strong overall project management skill set

Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams

Comfortable learning and leveraging virtual sourcing systems and techniques including virtual interviewing platforms

Ability to work independently and navigate a dynamic environment
